Shipping Policy - Renaissance Rug

Availability

Most of the rugs on the Renaissance website are in stock and ready to ship within 3 business days. If the rug you order is not available, we’ll back-order the item for you and let you know approximately when it will ship.

Delivery Information

Renaissance offers free delivery to all 50 states. Unfortunately, we can’t ship to P.O. boxes. We use UPS or FedEx for our shipments. After your order has shipped you’ll receive a tracking code so you can follow the shipment to your door. Most items arrive within 10 business days from the time of your order (expedited shipping is available in some cases—see below). Over-sized rugs may be shipped by a trucking company. In this case, the trucking company will contact you to arrange delivery.

Expedited Shipping

Depending on the size and weight of the rug you order, faster shipping may be available. However, customers must pay the cost of expedited delivery. Please email us [email protected] or call 425-698-1073 for more information.

Returns

You may return any rug for any reason, as long as it’s in its original condition, and we’ll gladly refund your purchase price. You pay only the cost of return shipping. Please let us know within 10 days of delivery that you wish to return the rug. We’ll give you an authorization number to include with the return shipment. If your rug is defective, or you receive the wrong rug, we’ll replace the item at no additional charge. We’ll also pick up the defective or incorrect rug, again at no additional charge. Please notify us within 5 days of delivery if the rug is defective or incorrect.
